Returns / Exchanges
- We accept exchanges only.
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are accepted only for size-related issues, subject to item availability. If the requested size is not available, a refund will be offered.
Item Condition
To be eligible for an exchange or refund:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags must be intact
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- The requested size for an exchange is not available
- The item received is faulty or incorrect
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
How to Request an Exchange or Refund
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Please provide your order number, the item name, and the reason for your request.
- Once approved, we will share the return instructions.
- After the item is received and inspected, the exchange or refund will be processed accordingly.
Return Shipping
- For size exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- For faulty or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by Élaahi Clothing.
- We recommend using a secure and trackable delivery method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue, along with your order number.
- Once verified, we will offer an exchange or a refund, depending on availability and your preference.
Items damaged due to wear, misuse, or improper care after delivery will not be considered faulty.
